I went down to get my husband and myself pulled pork sandwiches but they only serve those on Fridays so that will be next weeks dinner. I bought the Lobster Ravioli in Riesling White Sauce for Dale and he hasn't stopped talking about how good it was!! I can't remember what mine was called but it had shrimp, scampi cooked in garlic butter mmm mmm mmm! I was going to share with Dale but that didn't happen! We now have two wonderful choices to spoil ourselves with.. Thanks Frank

Had my first visit to Frank's after reading a lot of local positive buzz on social media. The lasagna was just coming out of the oven and the place smelled awesome. I was taking food to go for dinner for my wife and it was a struggle to not eat there. Frank dipped me out a sample of his fresh Minestrone soup and it was the bomb. We don't get real Minestrone locally and his is, it was great. He also dealt me in on some French bread so I could try his signature garlic butter. It is the real deal too. There were many fresh menu selections but I had to go with the Alfredo sauce with bow tie noodles (Frank's recommendation) for my 2nd dish with the lasagna. I told frank I had a smoked chicken at hope that I was going to add to the Alfredo and noodles. frank sent me home with an extra helping of Alfredo just so I couldn't screw things up. The generous helping of Minestrone was more than enough for both my wife and I. After a day of skiing she was loving this warm treat. I re-warmed the lasagna per Franks instructions and I added some chicken and fresh mushrooms to the Alfredo and we ate like kings. My wife loved the French bread and garlic butter as is, but I had to throw mine on the griddle in the melted butter. The garlic toast was off the charts. My wife had zero complaints and my only hesitation was the richness of one or two of the cheeses in the lasagna. Even at my age (62) I doubt I have had real Italian Lasagna and after eating plenty of everything else, I couldn't eat as much lasagna and it was very rich and cheese flavored. Wife seemed happy i took a small scoop. I had a great time talking food, knives, locals, and history while Frank prepared my to go order. Our next visit will be dine in for sure just to talk with Frank and staff some more. I have a few Italian friends north of the border that I really want to introduce to Frank and his dishes. For most, the beautiful drive along the river will only be exceeded by a stop at Franks. Stop and see the local parks and marinas, look at Box canyon dam, hike one of the local trails, maybe Pee Wee falls, then go into Frank's for a delicious finish to a great day. It will be the cherry on your Sunday........lol.

Frank is such a talented chef, sharing his culinary creations with others! We thoroughly enjoyed the brisket sliders and the jalapeño poppers, but the decadent dessert was amazing - a flavorful chocolate mousse inside a multi-layered chocolate shell. Beautiful to see, but better to taste!

Went on 1/11/25 and had the lobster ravioli in a rich Riesling white sauce. Absolutely marvelous! Had yummy homemade minestrone soup with bread and homemade garlic butter as a starter. We were so happy with the meal that we bought a fresh 8 cheese lasagna to go for our Sunday dinner. Again, wow! Loved it. We’re looking forward to barbecue season. Can’t wait!

This gourmet restaurant is sure to delight. We weren't looking for lunch, but were drawn in by the smell of the smoker. The brisket did not disappoint!

This restaurant is unexpected in this amazing little town. His food is very tasty. I enjoyed the ravioli and others enjoyed the spaghetti with red sauce. Frank is extremely friendly. I would definitely give this place a go. Casual atmosphere with a high end taste. Price is fair as it is all fresh and from scratch.
